Papa John's Reviews

We just want to commend you on a team member called Lucy, in your Cork Road restaurant.
Even though you were quite busy, she never appeared rushed. In fact, this girl was personable and gave our young son time, whilst remaining super efficient, behind the counter. As customers, we don’t want to feel like we’re on a conveyor belt and Lucy was ever so friendly yet still professional.
I asked her, her name because we believe in giving credit where it’s due.
And well done, management, for training a team member like Lucy to care about her position. As a result, we’ll be back.

I opted for the 5oz burger and it was lovely
My son said he would get the fish and chip. For a fast food place the fish and chip presentation was great but that's unfortunately where it ended. The fish lacked any real flavour my son who would eat anything had one bite of the fish and he was done.

The best pizza maker, Eryk! The pizza was delicious, but the snacks were even better 💪💪💪 We'll definitely be back for more treats 🔝

I was in there today and not for the first time, the manager Blane really stood out. It's the hottest day of the year and there was a child crying and he brought him an ice cream to cheer him up and then there was other kids around and he went around offering them to everyone. Such a lovely touch and really shows the family atmosphere that supermacs have created. Fair play to them , great to see and left a lovely feeling amongst everyone there. Oh and the food was the same as always, great!!!!

Have been there a few times and order has'nt been up to scratch most of the time . Asked for extra sauce on taco and curry chips. They proceed to tell me they have to charge me for extra sauce, ye ok grand that's fine but then don't put extra on after you've paid .No other Supermacs is like this.Only this one.I asked for a tigh of chicken ,they handed me out a big dirty cremated dry breast.Which I didnt ask for (I asked for a tigh) so it had to go in the bin.Paying enough money food should be how you've asked for. When you go back and say it to them they get offended.
